The Antioch Initiative is a culturally diverse strategy for ongoing leadership multiplication which leads to reproducing ministries and targets emerging generations.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS

We are looking to develop an army of young leaders who are willing to be a part of reaching the next generation with the gospel of Jesus Christ.  To move ahead with this vision, we've put together an exciting opportunity to experience ministry in an urban environment for one week during the summer for high school and college age young adults.  Applicants can chose from two different weeks, one in June and one in July.  We are calling this opportunity the Antioch Summer Experience.  To learn more about the Summer Experience click here for a pdf brochure. 

CHURCH PLANTING

We believe church planting is ultimately the most effective strategy to make disciples and advance Christ's kingdom.   We're passionate about starting new churches that hold firmly to the truth and engage culture around them with the gospel.  We're currently developing a core team to plant a church among young adults in the Minneapolis area.  For more information about this effort check out our Minneapolis Church Plant Action Plan (in pdf format).  To learn more about our process of core team training, click here for a description (in pdf format).
